Our full terms of sale are coming soon. Until then, this is how cancellations and refunds work for orders paid by card on this website.

Refunds and restocking fee

We check every order, your paperwork, and your dealer before anything ships, is handed over, or goes to the ATF.
If your order can't be completed because the item isn't legal for you to own where you live, your FFL or SOT dealer won't accept it, your background check or NFA paperwork is denied, or you cancel it, we refund what you paid minus a 20% restocking fee on the item prices. Shipping for a part that already shipped is kept too.
If we cancel your order for any other reason, you get a full refund.
Shipping we haven't spent, and the sales tax on what we refund, come back in full. The credit card surcharge is refunded in proportion to what we refund. Refunds go to the card you paid with.
Once an item has shipped or been transferred, call us before sending anything back.
